Q:  What if I can’t find what I’m looking for on the storefront?

A:  We’ll be happy to help!  Please click here to Request a Quote and our team will take it from here.


Q:  What if I want to order a larger quantity than what’s listed on the website?

A:  No problem!  Please send an email to stores@teambrandscape.com and a team member will be in touch.


Q:  What if I need an order by a certain date?

A:  The lead time for each product is listed on the item page.  If the lead time is longer than you need, please send an email to stores@teambrandscape.com and we’ll see what we can do!  When you go to checkout, you can also note the date that you need your order by.


Q:  What if I have special delivery instructions?

A:  When checking out, you’ll see a Special Instructions field.  Please note anything special here.


Q:  How do I return an item?

A:  Please send an email to stores@teambrandscape.com and a team member will be in touch.  Please note that we only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective upon 30 days of receipt.


Q:  What if I want to use a Society logo or other artwork for my order?

A:  Please send an email to stores@teambrandscape.com and a team member will assist you.
